To find balance is an art that reveals itself only through practice.

I recently returned to my yoga mat, and it feels almost like meeting an old friend again. After giving birth twice in less than three years, my body and my strength are no longer the same and yet, the practice reminds me of something essential: that whatever we long for in life, we must keep showing up for it.

Often, we wish for things to change overnight. We crave instant results, forgetting that every transformation has its own rhythm, its own sacred unfolding. My balance in yoga is terrible now, when once it was not. But the truth is simple: I stopped practising. And just as simply, by returning to the practice, balance will return too.

This is not only about yoga. It is about life itself. Whether it’s patience, courage, calmness, or trust, at first it may not seem to work. Yet the very act of practising is what allows the invisible to become real.

Balance is never a final destination; it is a daily art, a constant devotion. And the secret is this: we must never stop practising.
