You live the story that you believe you are in.

From the very moment we arrive in this world, we are immersed in a sea of beliefs. Many of them are not truly ours, yet we carry them as if they were, never pausing to question where they came from. These inherited truths, whispered into us from childhood, quietly begin to shape the way we see ourselves and the world around us.

The reality we find ourselves in today is woven from that tapestry of beliefs, some conscious, many unconscious. Since so early on, they have been moulding the story of our lives, creating patterns, directing choices, colouring the way we walk through the world.

And so we begin to live inside a cycle with no end: we believe because we have lived it, and we live it because we have believed. One reinforces the other, binding us ever more tightly to the story.

Yet even as the cycle feels unbreakable, it is not. I myself am still in the process, still unravelling the threads of the tale I once thought unchangeable. But I know now that it is possible, that the moment we dare to question, to look within and choose again, we begin to write a different story.

The power has always been within us. If we only realised its depth, we would tend to our inner world with far more care, for there lies the key to transforming the story we believe we are in, and with it, the reality we live.
