At times we don’t even realise it, but something within us is always moving… expanding… remembering.

Then comes the time of metamorphosis.
And it is always sacred.
It is not quick, nor easy. But it is real.
And when we finally take flight, when we awaken to who we truly are, something changes forever.

Once we have tasted the freedom of living truthfully, of following the voice of the soul… we can no longer crawl back into old insecurities or former versions of ourselves.
We can no longer shrink to fit what once kept us small.

Just like the butterfly, we too came here to remember we can fly. And every fall, every cycle, every transformation… is part of the sacred dance.

You are not here by chance.
